One of the brightest young talents in psychology today, Simona Hart is the founder and director of two London practices promoting well-being among children and adults. Using her person-centred skills and the latest techniques in hypnotherapy, Simona empowers hundreds of people each year to fulfil their potential and overcome a variety of personal problems and anxieties.
Her two independent practices are British Therapy, an independent clinic for adults in Harley Street, London, and myChildTherapy, which works in partnership with local authority children’s services across the capital to support young people with depression, stress, and other personal development issues. Since setting up the practices, her client base rapidly expanded due to her reputation for achieving exceptional results, and her skills and experience have gone from strength to strength. Simona uses a wide array of innovative tools in her practice, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to deliver satisfaction for all her clients.
A qualified psychologist and hypnotherapist, Simona graduated from university with a degree in psychology in 2003 and later trained with world-renowned hypnotherapist Prof. Dr. Keith Hearne. She is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, the largest professional organisation for hypnotherapists in the UK, and is also registered with the Health & Care Professions Council, the professional regulator for health, psychological and social work professionals.
