Dear Simona – Thanks again for the Weight Loss hypnotherapy course that ‘sorted me out’ for 2011. Yesterday I weighed in at 15/6 or 216 lbs. That’s 15 lbs lighter than when we first met. Dear Simona, I just wanted to tell you how happy I am that I came to see you for weight loss. Since the session with you I’ve had no cravings at all and I can control my hunger attacks. I also eat much less at a time and I eat my food slowly. And the best news is that I am eating only healthy foods and I could eat any other foods if I wanted to, for instance, I only had one biscuit and I didn’t even enjoy it anyway and I knew it was in the way of reaching my target weight. I feel so focused and empowered now! Thank you. Have an amazing day!
